We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or make a donation.

WVMF does not store sensitive or transmitted information on our web server. Information submitted to us through our website, either through web-based forms, email or through our e-commerce (shopping cart) program is held strictly confidential. Credit card information for payment processing is only used to process your order and not stored on our servers.
At times, WVMF may use outside organizations to perform specialized services such as, but not limited to, credit card processing, IT consultants and order fulfillment. These service providers are only given the information needed to perform those services and they are bound contractually to protect the privacy and security of your information and to limit the use of your information to the service being provided.
