Mindset Coaching Workshop (UK GDPR)
We are committed to protecting the privacy of parents and children in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
When you book a mindset coaching workshop, we collect personal data such as parent/guardian names, contact details, children’s names and ages, and any relevant information you choose to provide. Children’s personal data is provided by a parent or legal guardian.
We process this data on the basis of consent and to fulfil our contract with you (managing bookings, communication, and workshop delivery).
Personal data is used only to:
- Administer bookings and communicate with parents/guardians
- Deliver the workshop safely and appropriately
- Meet legal, safeguarding, or insurance requirements
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except where necessary for essential services (such as secure booking or email systems) or where required by law.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep personal data secure. Data is retained only for as long as necessary and then securely deleted.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
