Cynhadledd Genedlaethol Gofal Cymdeithasol 2024

Y Gynhadledd Gofal Cymdeithasol Genedlaethol yw'r cyfle arddangos a rhwydweithio mwyaf blaenllaw i bobl sy'n gweithio ym maes gofal cymdeithasol yng Nghymru. Mae'n gyfle i uwch arweinwyr a darpar arweinwyr ym maes gofal cymdeithasol ddod ynghyd â'r rhai sy'n gwneud penderfyniadau mewn llywodraeth leol a chenedlaethol, y sector preifat a'r trydydd sector, arbenigwyr yn ôl profiad, a myfyrwyr gwaith cymdeithasol a gofal cymdeithasol.

Bydd y digwyddiad eleni yn archwilio'r thema, 'Sut i wneud mwy, gyda'n gilydd'. Bydd cyfleoedd i rannu enghreifftiau o sut, boed drwy bartneriaethau arloesol ar draws y sector preifat a'r trydydd sector, neu drwy weithio gyda darparwyr technoleg mewn ffyrdd creadigol a arloesol, y gallwn weithio gyda'n gilydd i sicrhau bod ein hadnoddau yn cael yr effaith fwyaf ystyrlon ar yr unigolion a'r cymunedau ledled Cymru.

Mae'r rhaglen yn cynnwys sgyrsiau ysbrydoledig a phaneli a gweithdai rhyngweithiol, gyda ffocws arbennig ar gynyddu lleisiau pobl sydd â phrofiad byw, ochr yn ochr â rhannu arfer gorau ac arloesedd. Bydd hefyd gofod arddangos prysur a digon o gyfleoedd i rwydweithio a mwynhau sgwrs ystyrlon.

Yn ysbryd undod a dyfeisgarwch y cyflwynir y Gynhadledd i chi eleni, rydym yn falch iawn o gynnig prisiau tocynnau sylweddol is i awdurdodau lleol, a'r rhai sydd â phrofiad o lygad y ffynnon, fynychu. Rydym hefyd wedi penderfynu cadw pris tocynnau mynediad cyffredinol yr un fath â'r llynedd. Er mwyn cefnogi ein penderfyniad i wneud Cynhadledd yn hygyrch yn ariannol i bawb sy'n dymuno bod yn bresennol, rydym yn gofyn i bartneriaid yn y sector preifat ddarparu mwy o gefnogaeth drwy nawdd, hysbysebu, arddangos a mynychu. Rydym yn falch iawn o ddadorchuddio Connect: Under the Dome, profiad newydd cyffrous gyda'r nos fel rhan o'n rhestr gynadledda. The National Social Care Conference 2024

The National Social Care Conference is the foremost showcase and networking opportunity for people working in social care in Wales. It is an opportunity for senior and aspiring leaders in social care to come together with decision makers in local and national government, the private and third sectors, experts by experience, and social work and social care students.

This year's event will explore the theme, 'Transformation: How to Achieve More, Together'. There will be opportunities to share examples of how, whether through innovative partnerships across the private and third sector, or through working with tech providers in creative and ground breaking ways, we can work together to ensure that our resources have the most meaningful impact on the individuals and communities across Wales.

The programme includes inspiring talks and interactive panels and workshops, with a special focus on amplifying the voices of people with lived experience, alongside sharing best practice and innovation. There will also be a bustling exhibition space and plenty of opportunities to network and enjoy meaningful conversation.

In the spirit of togetherness and resourcefulness in which Conference is brought to you this year, we are delighted to offer significantly reduced ticket prices for local authorities, and those with lived experience, to attend. We have also decided to keep the price of general admission tickets the same as last year. To support our decision to make Conference financially accessible to all who wish to attend, we are asking private sector partners to provide increased support through sponsorship, advertising, exhibiting and attending.
