Since 2021, the Catholic Art Institute has hosted an annual a Advent Tour our of the beautiful Catholic art collection at the National Gallery of Art in Washington DC, highlighting pieces that bring the faithful closer to Christ as we prepare for his birth.
This is a beloved event sells out each year with all proceeds benefit the Catholic Art Institute and help us continue our mission restoring excellence to the Catholic Arts, as well as evangelizing through beauty and empowering artists of all disciplines in offering their gifts for the greater glory of God.

Gold Sponsorship: This sponsorship level provides a full color ad inside Christmas Tour program, your company named hyperlinked from the Christmas Tour web and ticketing pages, plus hyperlinked in the CAI newsletter and your ad shared on our social media as sponsors.

Christmas Tour Details
During the hustle and bustle of the holidays, we invite you to enter more deeply
into the Advent season by spending an afternoon surrounded by beautiful
religious art. Join us for a special tour led by William Newton who will guide us through reflection and commentary on
selected works of art. This is a fundraiser for the Catholic Art Institute, all proceeds and donations benefit the organization and its mission to evangelize the culture though the Catholic arts. We hope this event will delight your senses and draw you more deeply into the Advent season and the meaning of Christ’s birth this Christmas.

William Newton is a critic, commentator, and public speaker with a variety of interests in the art world. He is a graduate of the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, the University of Notre Dame Law School, and Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London. He lives in Washington, D.C.
He
has served as an art critic for the American edition of The Spectator
magazine, as well as for the online magazine The Federalist, and his
work has appeared in Aleteia, The Catholic Herald (UK), and Patheos,
among other publications. As a public speaker, he has addressed
academic, professional, and religious institutions around the U.S.,and
appeared on numerous podcasts. He is currently finishing his first book,
which
deals with artistic and cultural observations drawn from his travels in Spain.
This event is a fundraiser in support of the Catholic Art Institute
and its ongoing efforts to restore a excellence in the Catholic Arts, evangelize through and empower artists to use their gifts to glorify God and
captivate souls through beauty.
