Lovely function room in well-known hotel in Thame town centre. Plenty of parking across road. Well-established, busy fair. Only 14 retail spaces

We are increasing our advertising for 2024.

The event will  be featured in local media and on numerous online listings, local and national - such as Evvnt (which publishes our event on 30-50 local and national listings) local newspaper and radio, Eventbrite, Where Can We Go, and many more.

In the months leading up to the event, leaflets will be handed out at the venue, around the town and local areas and at our other nearby events. We will also have a banner at the venue for the weeks running up to the event and on the day.

We will also advertise the event through our own website, social media channels (including Facebook Boost) and share to our mail list which currently stands at around 4500 people and is growing all the time. The event will also receive social media support from the venue's marketing team.

Upon booking, you will receive email confirmation of your exhibitor space. Please keep this email and update your records for future notice

Booking

• Please book only in the correct  retail category
• If your category reads sold out then we are full for that category.
• If your category does not appear on the list then please message us on Facebook, https://www.facebook.com/Deerspiritevents mention the name of the show and what you are offering and we will let you know if there is a space available. Or email us at deerspiritevents@outlook.com
• It is not possible for retailers to also do readings, therapies or aura imaging at the event, or to sell crystals. To do this you would also have to book an additional reader/therapist/aura imaging or crystal space - see the booking links above
• Once all the categories are sold out, then the show is full.
• There are opportunities for exhibitors to run talks/workshops and do demos at this show

On the day

• Set up is 9.30 am, and packing up is at 5.00 pm
• Parking at back of venue - pay at machine, or front market square
• Chairs will be provided for everyone. A maximum of two persons per exhibitor space
• Retailers tables will be provided

Electricity/power points: This facility is not available or guaranteed for all exhibitors. Priority will be given to exhibitors who need the electric point to enable the functioning of their space - eg: aura imaging equipment

• Should you require a power point, please state clearly the purpose of needing electricity for your exhibitor space on your booking form. Only PAT tested equipment is permitted for use at all Deer Spirit Events; venue staff may ask for certification.
• We will do our best to accommodate everyone but are restricted by the number of power points in the room.
• We advise you to bring your own extension cable and multiplug
