TOUR AND COMPLEX

Existing structures built on the property date back from the early 1800s, the Western Block Complex holds mystery and intrigue. Learn of Accidental Deaths, Murder, Mayhem, and Mischievousness…. What will you uncover?

Long regarded as highly haunted, join the Historic Western Block Complex's very own Paranormal Investigators as they lead guest Investigators/YOU and the curious into the depths of the Western Block's active locations, including those not available to the general public; in an effort to connect with spirits who still call the complex their home.

Experienced paranormal hotspots explored include a selection from the following: Stone Room/s, Speakeasy, Woodworker's Gallery, Grounds, Safe/s, Isles, Galleries, Tunnel, Barn, Conference Room, Assembly Hall, Classrooms, Lumber Room, Foundry, Mechanic St & Alley Way, and Machine Shops.**

Employ handheld monitoring equipment, review captured evidence, and participate in group Electronic Voice Phenomenon (EVP) recording sessions and experimentation that place you directly in an investigation environment. Use our investigation equipment or bring your own! 

It's an exciting evening of historic tales and paranormal discoveries.

TECHNICAL THINGS:

Check-in
Please wait at the front building’s iron gates for Admission. || To prevent disruptions to current tours in progress, Guests must please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before their ticket start time, and no later than 15 minutes before their ticket start time. || Help keep tours on schedule, please use restrooms PRIOR to coming to the complex.

Age
This tour is for Adults ONLY, no children are allowed to attend. Adult Tours are Age 15+ 

Indoor Tours
Most parts of the tour are heated, some parts are not, you may be in cooler areas for a short amount of time - we suggest wearing layers.

No Elevator
Please note: Due to the historic nature of the complex, not all areas are easily accessible by guests with mobility issues or concerns. This tour includes multiple flights of stairs, spaced out over different periods of the tour and areas of the complex. There is no elevator on-site. Please call us BEFORE purchasing tickets regarding accessibility concerns, and to see what kinds of accommodations can be made. Specific accommodations may not be available without prior arrangements made.

No outside food. No outside drinks. 
Parts of the Western Block Complex are an Active Arts & Cultural Center with numerous priceless artworks on display. No outside food or drinks are allowed on any tours.  

For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, all participants must consent to and sign a liability waiver and rules agreement to be allowed to participate in the tour. Participants must be age 15+ with government issued photo ID. Western Block/staff, reserves the right to refuse service and/or remove individuals from the private property if they are reasonably believed to be carrying illegal weapons, are being highly disruptive, are highly intoxicated, and/or are reasonably believed to be under the influence of illegal drugs potentially effecting their and/or others' safety and/or the safe enjoyment of the tours. The property and grounds of the Western Block are a smoke free / vape free environment, no exceptions. No outside food or outside beverages will be allowed. No refunds, all ticket sales are final.
