Free event

Weds 22nd July at 5pm,  Fri 20th November at 5pm

Andy Campbell (Qawah Coaching) hosts these free drop-in sessions - a subset of the regular Mental Fitness for Organisations offering. These are specifically aimed at anyone who works (or studies) in the education sector.

We will look at the benefits and challenges of intentional strategies and practices to increase wellbeing for ourselves and those we work alongside, share some top tips, and think about where to go for more information and inspiration.

Andy has worked in various capacities in the Education Sector over many years, including as a support worker, university lecturer and Wellbeing Chaplain in a Secondary School setting, He has supported staff and students as they navigate the stresses and opportunities that this can bring!

Topics discussed in previous sessions* have included:

How do I identify and communicate my needs to my LM or SLT?

The ongoing impact of the Covid Pandemic on staff and students?

Why the increase in anxiety in our students?

How can I appropriately model self-care to my students?

(* we are always happy to revisit any of these if that would help you!)

When you book a space, I will contact you to see if there is anything specific you would like to talk about at the session, but general enquiries are also welcome!

Spaces are limited - and must be booked at least 30 minutes ahead of commencement.

The drop-in events happen on different days and times, to accommodate as many schedules as practical.

There is no charge to attend, although a contribution towards the work of Qawah Coaching is always welcome. (Any donations will help subsidise coaching and training for those who might otherwise struggle to access these).
