Andy Campbell (Qawah Coaching) hosts these free regular drop-in sessions, aimed at anyone who wants to build positive mental fitness and wellbeing for organisations and communities.
These are more general sessions, open to anyone - we also run some that are a little more tailored: for Parents and Carers, and for those in the Charity, Education or Faith Sectors.
We will look at the personal and professional benefits of a strategic approach to organisational wellbeing, some top tips, and where to go for more information and inspiration. Topics discussed in previous sessions* have included:
How do I know my organisation is 'wellbeing friendly'?
I'm a manager, how can I encourage wellbeing without dictating?
What policies and procedures should we be thinking about / have in place?
We've got flexible working, what else?
(* we are always happy to revisit any of these if that would help you!)
When you book a space, I will contact you to see if there is anything specific you would like to talk about at the session, but general enquiries are also welcome!
Spaces are limited - and must be booked at least 30 minutes ahead of commencement.
The drop-in events happen on different days and times, to accommodate as many schedules as practical.
There is no charge to attend, although a contribution towards the work of Qawah Coaching is always welcome. (Any donations will help subsidise coaching and training for those who might otherwise struggle to access these).
