*FREE* Mental Fitness for the Charity Sector

Free event

Mon 10th August at 12.30pm,  Mon 14th December at 5pm

Andy Campbell (Qawah Coaching) hosts these free drop-in sessions - a subset of the regular Mental Fitness for Organisations offering. These are specifically aimed at anyone who works in the charity sector, (including volunteers, staff and trustees).

We will look at the pressures and opportunities that this work can bring, share some top tips, and think about where to go for more information and inspiration.

Andy has worked in various capacities in the Charity Sector over many years in both paid and voluntary capacities: including as a youth worker, fundraiser, and trustee.

Topics discussed in previous sessions* have included:

I'm a volunteer, how do I know if I am giving too much time/energy?

Dealing with compassion fatigue

Can I ever be off duty?

How can I model positive mental fitness at work?

(* we are always happy to revisit any of these if that would help you!)

When you book a space, I will contact you to see if there is anything specific you would like to talk about at the session, but general enquiries are also welcome!

Spaces are limited - and must be booked at least 30 minutes ahead of commencement.

The drop-in events happen on different days and times, to accommodate as many schedules as practical.

There is no charge to attend, although a contribution towards the work of Qawah Coaching is always welcome. (Any donations will help subsidise coaching and training for those who might otherwise struggle to access these).
