Andy Campbell (Qawah Coaching) hosts these free drop-in sessions - a subset of the regular Mental Fitness for Organisations offering. These are specifically aimed at anyone who is - or wishes to be - a parent or carer.

We will look at the benefits and challenges of intentional strategies and practices to increase wellbeing for ourselves and those we care for, share some top tips, and think about where to go for more information and inspiration.

Andy has worked in the youth and community sector for many years, and is a father of 4 diverse and precious children.

Topics discussed in previous sessions* have included:

How can I think about self-care when there is always so much else to do?

Neurodiversity, gender identity and sexuality - from a parents' perspective

Raising children to value proactive self-care

Is family wellbeing an achievable goal?

(* we are always happy to revisit any of these if that would help you!)

When you book a space, I will contact you to see if there is anything specific you would like to talk about at the session, but general enquiries are also welcome!

Spaces are limited - and must be booked at least 30 minutes ahead of commencement.

The drop-in events happen on different days and times, to accommodate as many schedules as practical.

There is no charge to attend, although a contribution towards the work of Qawah Coaching is always welcome. (Any donations will help subsidise coaching and training for those who might otherwise struggle to access these).
