Refugee Crisis Foundation: Charity Dental Raffle

Refugee Crisis Foundation is a UK-registered charity and international humanitarian organisation committed to helping vulnerable individuals in crisis situations. All proceeds from the Gala will directly support our vital projects in Bangladesh, Gaza, and Afghanistan, providing essential healthcare (medical and dental), advancing education, and delivering innovative solutions to improve the lives of displaced communities.

Our Charity Dental Raffle is held in collaboration with our 10-Year Gala Celebration in Manchester on Saturday 18th October 2025. This raffle gives you the chance to develop your skills while supporting essential healthcare and dental education for refugees in Gaza and Bangladesh.

Important Information 

• Ticket sales open: Monday 22nd September 2025 12:00PM
• Online ticket sales close: Saturday 18th October 2025 12:00PM
• More raffle tickets will also be available for purchase in person at the Gala.
• Winners will be drawn at random and announced on Saturday 18th October 2025 at the Refugee Crisis Foundation 10-Year Gala
• All entrants will be notified via email. 
• Raffle tickets do not include admission to the Refugee Crisis Foundation 10-Year Gala

Terms & Conditions 

1. Eligibility: Open to anyone aged 18 or over. 
2. By entering, you confirm you are eligible to participate.
3. Ticket Purchase: Each ticket purchased counts as one entry.
4. No refunds are available once a ticket has been purchased.
5. The online raffle will run from 22nd September at 12:00 PM until 18th October at 12:00 PM. Additional raffle tickets will be available for purchase by Gala attendees on the evening of 18th October. 
6. Draw: Winners will be drawn at random on Saturday 18th October 2025 at the Refugee Crisis Foundation Gala. The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result. 
7. Winners will be announced at the Gala on 18th October, with names posted on Refugee Crisis Foundation’s social media channels and winners contacted directly by the end of October.
8. Prizes: Winners will receive the contact details of the course donor, and it is the responsibility of the winner and the donor to arrange the course. Refugee Crisis Foundation is not responsible for organising or delivering the courses. 
9. Notification: Winners will be notified via the email address provided when purchasing tickets. 
10. Use of Funds: All proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to Refugee Crisis Foundation to support our projects in welfare, healthcare and dental education. 
11. Publicity: By entering, winners agree to allow Refugee Crisis Foundation to use their name and image for promotional purposes related to the raffle.
12. Data Protection: Personal data will be used solely for the administration of the raffle and in accordance with Refugee Crisis Foundation’s privacy policy.
