座位有限，本次活动仅对门票持有者开放，门票预订者仅限亚马逊员工。门票将分两批放送。

Due to limited seating capacity, this is an RSVP-only event, tickets can only be reserved by Amazon employees. We have 2 waves of tickets release on the following dates/times.

As the Lunar New Year nears, we’re excited to announce that free tickets for the 2025 Amazon Spring Festival Gala will be available at 12 PM PST on December 18th! This year’s theme, “Dream Travelers,” takes you on a magical journey through Chinese mythology, exploring celestial realms, dragon palaces, and legendary tales full of surprises and adventure.

The Gala will be conducted in Chinese, and although we strive to offer English translations, there will be certain elements that remain untranslated.

Spring Festival Gala Highlights
The 2025 Gala features a vibrant mix of performances, from traditional pipa and oud music to K-pop medleys, stand-up comedy, classical dance, and stage plays. Blending Eastern and Western cultures, the show promises something for everyone—whether you love timeless traditions or modern trends.

Temple Fair Activities

1. Q: 有免费停车吗？
   A: Amazon Meeting Center和Doppler的停车场免费，交通拥挤车辆，您留足时间提前到场。
   Q: Where should I park?
   A: Free onsite parking is available during weekends at Amazon Meeting Center or Doppler.
   
2. Q: 我只能领2张票？
   A: 是的。由于座位限制以及春晚火爆程度，每位员工只许领一次票并最多带一位亲朋好友。如您有小孩/儿童，我们则允许二次领票并在填写儿童姓名 （last name) 一栏时输入后缀" - child" （如儿童姓是Zhang，则Zhang - child）。请各位秉承我司Frugality的特色，按需取票，切勿恶意囤票。SMILE团队将在活动前夕进行审核，对于囤票、重复注册的行为（除儿童票以外）进行沟通提示，并对可验证的恶意注册进行取消，将回收的门票名额交还给票池供广大观众注册。
   Q: Why can't I get more than 2 tickets?
   A: Due to seating capacity and popularity of the Spring Gala, each Amazonian may only reserve once and bring maximum one guest. If you are also bringing a child in addition to your guest, we allow for a second purchase. In your second purchase, please add suffix ' - child' after your child's Last Name (e.g. If a child's last name is Smith, then 'Smith - child'). Please only register for tickets you actually need and provide accurate attendee information. The event organizer will review all orders prior to the event. The event organizer reserves the right to cancel an order if it believes that a fraudulent or abusive order has been placed.
3. Q: 外部来宾票怎么用？
   A: 请务必确保来宾的姓名和证件上的一致，否则将无法进入Meeting Center。活动当天外部来宾需要出示公司认可的有效证件，在一名员工的陪同下完成检票。
   Q: I got ticket(s) for my external guest(s), what should I do on the event day?
   A: Make sure the names on the tickets match those on the government issued IDs. Each external guest age above 18 needs to provide a government issued ID upon check in to attend the event.

   A: Yes, please register a ticket for each of your guest above or below 18 years old. Guests age under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

   A: 注册过程中您会看到“Accessible Seating - Not a ticket to the event这Add-on附加项目，您可以通知我们您的特殊需求。请注意该附加项不可作为门票使用，您需要另外持有有效的门票才可以入场。如果您未持有有效入场门票，您的附加将会被取消。
   Q: What are the Add-ons?
   A: The Add-on option “Accessible Seating - Not a ticket to the event” is provided to you for your convenience. Please use these items to let us know your special needs. Please remember, you need to have valid tickets to enter the event, your add-on is only valid with tickets. Any add-on without valid attendee will be cancelled.
   
7. Q: 孩子的婴儿车、童车怎么办？
   A: 我们建议您将孩子的婴儿车留在家里或车上，现场的婴儿车储蓄空间非常有限。
   Q: Can I bring a stroller for my kid to the event?
   A: Stroller parking is available with limited capacity. We highly recommend to leave your stroller at home or on your car

   A: 本次活动秉承frugality的原则，请大家吃饱喝足了再来，饿着肚子观看体验可能会有折扣。晚会时长2.5小时，节目十分精彩，抢票不易，相信大家也不愿意错过精彩的节目。
   Q: Is dinner provided?
   A: Due to the capacity, budget, safety and janitorial availability , we are not able to provide food or drink at this event. The event will be lasting about 2.5 hours, please eat before join the event and bring some water with you.
