We're in a time of increasing disconnect, imbalance, and uncertainty about our individual and collective futures. Teachers, youth workers, parents and young adults are all feeling this acutely – leading to an overwhelm which, in turn, is destabilising the local systems of which they are an integral part.
How can we avoid this overwhelm, and step up, rather than shut down? How can we reground, reconnect, and behave more like healthy ecosystems? As Zak Stein says, "If education is not the answer, you are asking the wrong question."
Being a regenerative educator is something you can choose to do today. Help yourself and those you are responsible for break through rather than break down.
“I found the whole day really powerful... If you want a different approach to engaging with your teams and young people, sign up for this training.” - Secondary School Deputy Headteacher
