TWT23: The Owen Jones Show LIVE

The Owen Jones Show LIVE

SUNDAY 9th Oct 1930

Note: to attend this session you also need a regular TWT23 ticket, available here.

Owen Jones, journalist, author of Chavs and The Establishment, or "that left-wing idiot off the telly", is fed up with the establishment media. After all, it punches down, not up, blames minorities for all the problems in society, and, let's face it, often just parrots the government line. His live show is here to give a platform to issues and causes that are otherwise ignored, to debate and discuss alternatives to the way the world is run, to challenge the powerful, and to try and have a laugh, too. Join him live in the studio.

Why does this event require an additional ticket?

To attend this session you also need a regular TWT23 ticket, available here. We know this event will be popular. To ensure we don't have loads of people queuing who then get turned away, this free ticket registration means you can secure a spot ahead of time. For that same reason, it's limited to one ticket per person.

This event has limited seating capacity, but lots of standing capacity. We'll reserve seats for those who need them; if you don't need one, you might be asked to stand.

Make sure you arrive on time. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the start time. If we have no-shows, we'll let in people who are queuing without a ticket, until the venue is at capacity.
