Following a morning of movement, gather in the garden for a vegan brunch feast prepared by Chef Mauricio Álvarez — the plant-based culinary force behind Epic in Cabo San Lucas, known for his commitment to 100% natural, minimally processed ingredients and the art of making plant-based food feel anything but ordinary. A graduate of the Michelin-starred Hofmann culinary school in Barcelona, Mauricio brings world-class technique and deep personal conviction to every dish he creates.
