A six-course pairing dinner in a palm oasis featuring award-winning chefs Johnny Curiel (Alma Fonda Fina, Denver CO), Fulvio Miranda (Cantina del Tigre, Panama), Hugo Guajardo (Vernaculo, San Pedro Garza Garcia, MX), Federico Gallo (La Matera, GDL), Alex Branch (Nao, San Jose del Cabo), and host chef Michelin Guide-recognized Aurélien Legeay (DUM, Todos Santos).
