Star Chef Six-Course Pairing Dinner at Casa Melina
Welcome to a six-course dinner set in the brutalist restoration of an 1800's sugar cane hacienda in the heart of the historic district in Todos Santos.
Daniela Soto-Innes (Rubra, Punta Mita), the James Beard Rising Star and youngest World's Best Female Chef in history, together with José Luis Hinostroza, a Noma alumnus, and founder of Tulum's Arca (Latin America's 50 Best), Yvan Mucharraz, the Thomas Keller-trained culinary force behind COMAL at Chileno Bay (Cabo San Lucas, recognized by the 2024 Michelin Guide Mexico and ranked in La Liste's global top 500), Julio Martínez (Julia, Argentina) and host chef Ernesto Kut Gomez cook up an intimate feast with pairings guided by Michelin 2025 Sommelier award-winning Romina Argüelles (Plonk, CDMX), and noted mixologists to be announced.
