The six-course pairing dinner is helmed by Baja's own award-winning Chef Javier Plascencia, together with Chava Orozco, the Sinaloan chef whose Mi Compa Chava in Mexico City's Roma Norte is one of the country's most acclaimed seafood restaurants, Victor Toriz of Gaba in Condesa, Minae Seo, the chef behind Kasina Café in Roma Norte in CDMX, and chefs Carlos Valdez of Tatanka in La Paz, BCS and Fabian Delgado of Guadalajara's beloved PalReal, the dinner is a sensory experience with wine and cocktail pairings to match the unique experience from start to finish.
