Ticket Shop
Our ticket shop is provided by Ticket Tailor. They process the data about your ticket purchases and registration.
Emails
All emails sent to and from our conference address are processed by our email hosting provider Fastmail.

Contact us and we will provide you with all information on data we have about you.
You have the right to be 'forgotten' by us
Let us know and we will delete all your personal data that we store.

If you have opted in to receive marketing communications, you can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us at konf@getkirby.com.
You have the right to port your data to another service
We will give you a copy of your data in a plain text format so that you can provide it to another service.
You have the right to file a complaint regarding our use of your data
Please tell us first, so we have a chance to address your concerns. If we fail in this, you can address any complaint to your national data protection authorities.

Ticket Tailor acts as our data processor — meaning they only process attendee data on our behalf and solely for the purpose of providing the ticketing service. They will not use your data for their own marketing or share it with third parties outside of what is operationally necessary.
Data collected during ticket purchase
When you purchase or register for a ticket, we collect and process the following personal data:
- Name
- Company or agency name
- Email address
- Billing address
- Payment information (processed directly by Stripe — see below)
We collect this data to process your ticket order, send you booking confirmations and event information, and manage attendance at the conference.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or for measures preliminary to a contract.
If you have opted in to receive news and updates about future Kirby events, the basis for that processing is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (your consent). You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at konf@getkirby.com.
Payments
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment data and processes your card details in accordance with their own privacy policy:
We do not store your payment card details.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract.
Infrastructure and hosting
Ticket Tailor's services and attendee data are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Dublin, Ireland (EU). Ticket Tailor has data processing agreements in place with all sub-processors and complies with GDPR.

TLS transport encryption
All data transmitted to and from the ticket shop is encrypted using TLS.
