HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
Our events
bookings are hosted by Ticket Tailor. All
personal data gathered via Ticket Tailor is used for the sole
purpose of booking confirmations, event reminders, and customer
identification for event entry. You can read Ticket Tailor’s privacy
policy here.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
You can
cancel an event ticket up to 48 hours ahead of the event. You can do this by clicking the 'manage tickets' link on either the confirmation or tickets email sent to you when you placed your order. Refunds (if applicable) will be
processed within 14 days.
FULFILLMENT POLICY FOR EVENTS
Pre-ordered books may be collected during the event.
If you are unable to attend the event, please contact us and we will arrange to have the books posted to you.
