Many of you will be having a Tea and Tissues event or similar for your reception parents at the start of the new school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to tell them all about the great work you do as a PTA collective. Some people already have preconceived ideas about a school PTA and it’s important to separate the fact from the fiction at a very early stage. That will make it a lot easier to get them on board and win their support.
