Release What You've Been Carrying

A movement and embodiment experience for those who hold womanhood or femmeness in their body, story, or spirit to express rage and the full range of human emotions that come with it.

The world is heavy right now.

We're navigating our own lives, relationships, families, careers, identities, and responsibilities while also carrying the grief, uncertainty, division, and exhaustion of the world around us.

RAGEher is an invitation to put some of that weight down.

To stop holding it all together.
To feel what's actually here under the surface.

The anger.
The grief.
The joy.
The heartbreak.
The relief.

For one night, you don't have to have it all figured out.
You just have to show up.

Join a community of women who just fucking get it.
Because some things were never meant to be carried alone.

Why Rage?

The world asks a lot of women.

To care for everyone else while neglecting ourselves.
To keep the peace, even when something feels wrong.
To make everyone else comfortable.
To be endlessly giving and understanding.
To stay productive, high-functioning, and grateful no matter what's happening in our lives and in the world.
To carry the unseen labor no one else notices.
To hold it all together, at all times, no matter what.

And when we can't?
To blame ourselves.

Many of us grew up with parents, caregivers, educators, and communities who didn't know what to do with anger either. Maybe anger was explosive and unpredictable. Maybe it was punished. Ignored. Feared. Shamed. Maybe we learned that expressing anger wasn't safe—or that it made us difficult, dramatic, ungrateful, selfish, or too much.

So we learned to swallow it.

We carry it in our shoulders, jaws, stomachs, nervous systems, relationships, and bodies.
We call it stress. Burnout. Overwhelm. Exhaustion. Resentment. Numbness.

For some of us, it can look like chronic tension, chronic pain, fatigue, relentless self-criticism, autoimmune conditions, or a body that feels like it's carrying far more than it was ever meant to hold.

But rage isn't the problem.
Rage is information.
Rage is often the emotion beneath boundaries, truth-telling, self-respect, liberation, pleasure, and change.

At RAGEher, we help you learn how to listen to it.

How to move it.
How to use it on purpose.
Toward your purpose.

What happens at RAGEher?

This is not group therapy.
This is not an anger management class.
This is not a rage room.
(Although we do have padded bats, pillows, and mats to throw a tantrum on.)

And no one will force you to scream, share, cry, or participate in ways that don't feel right for you.

RAGEher is a substance-free movement and embodiment experience for those who hold womanhood or femmeness in their body, story, or spirit.

Think of it as a girls' night out at the club—reimagined.

Through music, movement, somatic practices, emotional expression, and community, you'll be guided through an experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, your voice, and your aliveness.

What This Looks Like:

🔥 Begin in the Tempest Tavern with guided reflections on your relationship with anger
🔥 Join the Fury Floor for somatic release, movement, dance, and emotional expression
🔥 Experience a culturally diverse music arc designed to move you through the full spectrum of feeling
🔥 Explore sacred rage rituals—our space is a playground for your curiosity
🔥 Gather in the Livid Lounge for refreshments, integration, and small-group reflection
🔥 Be supported every step of the way by experienced Rage Doulas

Some people cry.
Some people scream.
Some people laugh.
Some people dance.
Some people shake.
Some people simply witness and allow themselves to feel.

There is no right way to be here.

Simply showing up for yourself is the work.

Who Is This For?

At RAGEher, we take an expansive view of womanhood.

This space is for anyone who holds womanhood or femmeness in their body, story, or spirit—including cisgender women, transgender women, nonbinary, gender-expansive, and queer folks who feel called to gather in community around these lived experiences.

Whether you're:

✨ Deeply rooted in your identity
✨ Still figuring things out
✨ The person who's been in therapy for years but feels like something is still missing
✨ Someone doing all the "right" things for your healing and growth but craving a more embodied experience
✨ Completely unsure what to expect, but something in you knows you need this

You belong here.

Over the years, we've welcomed mothers, survivors of SA and DV, neurodivergent folks, diverse bodies, cancer survivors, caregivers, community leaders, helping professionals, those navigating perimenopause and menopause, women going through diverse, separation, or loss, and the woman who everyone else thinks has it together while she's quietly carrying the weight of the world.

The common denominator isn't your background.

It's being human.

It's having a body that has carried too much for too long.

It's knowing there's something inside you that needs room to breathe.

**** If you're currently working with a therapist, coach, physician, or other care provider, we encourage you to consult with them about whether this experience feels like a supportive fit for you.

Who Will Be Holding The Space?

RAGEher is facilitated and supported by experienced Rage Doulas.

A Rage Doula is a trained space holder who helps people reconnect with anger as a healthy, human emotion.

They don't fix, diagnose, analyze, or manage your feelings. They help you stay connected to your body, listen to what your anger is trying to tell you, and move that energy with intention.

Our team includes practitioners, coaches, facilitators, educators, healers, and community leaders with thousands of hours of combined experience in somatic practices, trauma-informed care, nervous system regulation, emotional expression, coaching, facilitation, rupture and repair, intimacy, pleasure, and embodied healing.

More importantly, we're humans who know what it feels like to carry hard things.

And we believe nobody should have to carry them alone.
