As the Lunar New Year nears, we’re excited to announce that free tickets for the 2026 Amazon Spring Festival Gala will be available at 12 PM PST on Jan 5th! You are warmly invited to the 2026 Amazon Spring Festival Gala – “Pegasus of Imagination”! This year’s celebration blends creativity, culture, and community to bring you an unforgettable New Year experience.

The Gala will be conducted in Chinese, and although we strive to offer English translations, there will be certain elements that remain untranslated.

Our lineup features an even more diverse range of performances—music, dance, drama, instrumental showcases, and more. A special raffle drawing will take place during the show, with exciting prizes waiting for lucky winners. 1. Q: 如何换票(重要!!!)
   A: 为了保证您能顺利通过Amazon的Security check，如果您想将抢到的票送给朋友，

2. Q: How to exchange tickets (Important!!!)
   A: To ensure you can successfully pass Amazon's Security check, if you want to give your tickets to a friend, please be sure to use our 🎟 official ticket exchange form to transfer the tickets. After the exchange is successful, we will notify you by email. (The portal will open after the ticket sale event.)
   
3. Q: 有免费停车吗？
   A: Amazon Meeting Center和Doppler的停车场免费，交通拥挤车辆，您留足时间提前到场。

   A: Free onsite parking is available during weekends at Amazon Meeting Center or Doppler.
   
4. Q: 我只能领2张票？
   A: 是的。由于座位限制以及春晚火爆程度，每位员工只许领一次票并最多带一位亲朋好友。如您有小孩/儿童，我们则允许二次领票并在填写儿童姓名 （last name) 一栏时输入后缀" - child" （如儿童姓是Zhang，则Zhang - child）。请各位秉承我司Frugality的特色，按需取票，切勿恶意囤票。SMILE团队将在活动前夕进行审核，对于囤票、重复注册的行为（除儿童票以外）进行沟通提示，并对可验证的恶意注册进行取消，将回收的门票名额交还给票池供广大观众注册。
   Q: Why can't I get more than 2 tickets?
   A: Due to seating capacity and popularity of the Spring Gala, each Amazonian may only reserve once and bring maximum one guest. If you are also bringing a child in addition to your guest, we allow for a second purchase. In your second purchase, please add suffix ' - child' after your child's Last Name (e.g. If a child's last name is Smith, then 'Smith - child'). Please only register for tickets you actually need and provide accurate attendee information. The event organizer will review all orders prior to the event. The event organizer reserves the right to cancel an order if it believes that a fraudulent or abusive order has been placed.
5. Q: 外部来宾票怎么用？
   A: 请务必确保来宾的姓名和证件上的一致，否则将无法进入Meeting Center。活动当天外部来宾需要出示公司认可的有效证件，在一名员工的陪同下完成检票。
   Q: I got ticket(s) for my external guest(s), what should I do on the event day?
   A: Make sure the names on the tickets match those on the government issued IDs. Each external guest age above 18 needs to provide a government issued ID upon check in to attend the event.

   A: 注册过程中您会看到“Accessible Seating - Not a ticket to the event这Add-on附加项目，您可以通知我们您的特殊需求。请注意该附加项不可作为门票使用，您需要另外持有有效的门票才可以入场。如果您未持有有效入场门票，您的附加将会被取消。
   Q: What are the Add-ons?
   A: The Add-on option “Accessible Seating - Not a ticket to the event” is provided to you for your convenience. Please use these items to let us know your special needs. Please remember, you need to have valid tickets to enter the event, your add-on is only valid with tickets. Any add-on without valid attendee will be cancelled.
   
9. Q: 孩子的婴儿车、童车怎么办？
   A: 我们建议您将孩子的婴儿车留在家里或车上，现场的婴儿车储蓄空间非常有限。
   Q: Can I bring a stroller for my kid to the event?
   A: Stroller parking is available with limited capacity. We highly recommend to leave your stroller at home or on your car

    A: 本次活动秉承frugality的原则，请大家吃饱喝足了再来，饿着肚子观看体验可能会有折扣。晚会时长2.5小时，节目十分精彩，抢票不易，相信大家也不愿意错过精彩的节目。
    Q: Is dinner provided?
    A: Due to the capacity, budget, safety and janitorial availability , we are not able to provide food or drink at this event. The event will be lasting about 2.5 hours, please eat before join the event and bring some water with you.

🎟 换票重要说明（请务必阅读）

1. 换票开放与截止时间
   换票窗口将于 2 月 2 日抢票结束之后开放。
   并将于 2 月 13 日（周五）上午 9:00（PT） 正式关闭。
   截止后将不再接受任何换票申请，原因是需按时向场地方提交 Security 名单。
   
   
2. 换票后的票务责任说明
   换票完成后，换票人需向接票人完整交付对应的 Ticket QR Code。
   活动现场 仅凭 QR Code 进行 Check-in，且每个 QR Code 仅可使用一次。
   若出现 QR Code 无效、重复使用、丢失等问题，
   请 直接联系换票人处理，现场工作人员将无法协助重新发放或更换票务。
   
   
3. 入场时间与现场安排说明
   活动将于下午 4:30 正式开放入场。
   为保障整体入场秩序与观演体验，建议持票观众尽量于 6:00 前完成 Check-in 并入场。
   6:30 之后，现场将根据实时到场情况，适度开放 Walk-in 名额，供当日到场的同事参与体验。
   为确保现场秩序，部分观众可能会被引导至 Overflow Theater，通过直播方式观看演出。感谢大家的理解与配合。

🎟 Ticket Exchange & Entry Information (Please Read Carefully)

1. Ticket Exchange Window
   The ticket exchange window will open after the second wave ticket sale and will close at 9:00 AM (PT) on Friday, February 13.
   After this time, no exchange requests will be accepted, as the final Security list must be submitted to the venue.
   
   
2. Ticket Responsibility After Exchange
   After an exchange is completed, the original ticket holder is responsible for providing the Ticket QR Code to the recipient.
   On-site check-in will be conducted exclusively via QR Code, and each QR Code may only be used once.
   In the event of any QR Code issues (invalid, duplicated, or missing), please contact the person who exchanged the ticket with you, as on-site staff will not be able to reissue tickets.
   
   
3. Entry Time & On-Site Arrangement
   Doors will officially open at 4:30 PM.
   To ensure a smooth entry experience, guests are strongly encouraged to complete check-in and enter the venue before 6:00 PM.
   After 6:30 PM, based on real-time attendance, a limited number of walk-in opportunities may be made available to on-site employees.
   To maintain overall event flow, some guests may be directed to the Overflow Theater to enjoy the program via live stream. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
