Can I watch a demo of setting up an event on Ticket Tailor?

Can I book a demo and speak to someone?

If you expect to sell over 2,000 paid tickets per year then we offer a bespoke one-on-one demo. One of our team will spend about 30 minutes talking you through how the product works and answering any specific questions about your event.

If your event is less than 2,000 tickets per year then you can join one of our weekly live webinars where you have the opportunity to ask questions, or you can watch an on-demand video. You can see these at the top of the page.

You can also speak to our customer support through the live chat 24/7 365 days a year – they're product experts and will usually respond in a matter of minutes.

How do I get help when using Ticket Tailor?

The first place to head to is our Help Centre, as you'll probably find all the answers you need there. But when you don't, we're proud of our industry-leading support team. Read just some of our reviews and you'll notice that our current users love our support team too.

What fees do Ticket Tailor charge?

We charge a small flat-fee per ticket sold. Our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal and Square) also charge a small transaction charge. You can review an overview on our pricing page.

We do have some additional fees for special features (like seating charts) – our complete list of fees can be found in our Help Centre.

What events can I use Ticket Tailor for?

Any! From workshops and community events, to festivals, theatres, farm parks and more. You can run events that need seating charts, virtual events, high-demand festivals and everything in between.

Can I run recurring events with time slots?

Yes. It's super simple to add time slots and manage capacity for an event that runs continuously or seasonally.

Does Ticket Tailor offer seat reservations?

Yes. We have a powerful seating chart tool that allows you to sell tickets for all types of events that require seat reservations. Whether it's a large stadium or a small gala dinner you'll be able to manage seating in a smooth and scalable way.

How do I scan tickets on the door?

With our free check-in app, which you can download on to your phone. You can use external scanners if needed, but phones work great for most events. Just search for the "Ticket Tailor Check-in app" in the App Store or Google Play.

How much do you charge for events with free tickets?

Generally speaking we don't charge anything for free tickets issued on the platform. If you have a very high volume event then this may be subject to our fair usage policy which you can review as part of our Terms and Conditions.
