Website Accessibility
If a ticket buyer uses assistive technologies, such as a screen reader or keyboard, they should be able to:
- Buy a ticket from a Ticket Tailor event page
- Buy a ticket from an embedded Ticket Tailor widget
- Manage their tickets using Ticket Tailor self-serve
Some content on event pages is added by the event organisers directly, and the accessibility of this content is outside of our control.
If you’re an event organiser using Ticket Tailor check out our tips to make your Ticket Tailor events accessible.
The scope of our website accessibility
We’re committed to making the ticket booking experience as accessible as possible, and we carry out regular audits with our expert accessibility partners “digital as it should be” to make sure we’re up to date with the latest accessibility guidelines. If any changes are required, we’re committed to making these updates and aim to be as accessible as possible.
We constantly strive to meet AA WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards and are continuously updating the platform with improvements.
Our marketing site (www.tickettailor.com) and event organiser dashboard (app.tickettailor.com) have been designed and built with accessibility in mind, but have not been subject to an audit for WCAG 2.2 AA.
Reporting accessibility problems with Ticket Tailor events
