D&I School is for people who have the power to change their organisations, but aren't sure where to start with diversity and inclusion.
Our programme will give you a solid foundation in understanding D&I and also it will teach you how to design interventions that work.
We feel that the workplace is a great place to start to build an equal society. D&I School provides a standard curriculum so all practitioners share a vocabulary and a toolkit for building a workplace that is systemically fair.
