Description

Here over at Olliefest HQ, we are all super excited to announce the launch of OllieFest 2022. This year, back by popular demand – CAMPING! We have limited tickets available, so we do suggest booking early to avoid disappointment.

Purchasing a camping ticket entitles one adult to camp & attend all OllieFest days (Bring Your Own Tent), one ticket is required for each adult person camping. This year we are charging just £1.00 for the entire weekend with our Early Bird ticket to OllieFest for Under 16's, rising to £2.00 on June 1st so you are still getting incredible value for under 16's for the duration of OllieFest. Under 16's are entitled to camp at no extra cost, ONLY with an Adult camping ticket purchased and the adult attending. All guests will need to have a valid ticket to attend OllieFest.

OllieFest was first held in 2015 in response to the tragic loss of a member of Ross Rugby Club, Ollie Floyd. He was just 20-years-old when he died in March 2015. Ollie was a popular member of the local Rugby Club; he was a fun-loving, cheeky young lad who had a real zest for life! Unsure of how to bring the community together, friends and relatives put together a free community event featuring live music including several well-known headline acts, along with a friendly rugby match at Ollie’s favourite place – the Ross Rugby Club. The first event was a spur of the moment response to put something together, to acknowledge the grief of losing such a well-loved friend but to also lift the community’s spirits and celebrate Ollie’s life. The event has grown massively since and now offers a wide variety of musical entertainment as well as a funfair, stalls, child entertainment and plenty of places to eat and drink.

As always, the festival operates an eco-friendly reusable cup system that requires you to buy a cup for £2 (which is yours to keep!) And to use this cup when visiting one of the many on-site bars.

The campsite opens at 09:00 am on Friday 26th August but no entry to OllieFest until 12.00 pm. OllieFest will close at 12.00 pm on Monday 29th August, all campers have to have vacated the campsite by this time. Please NOTE all rubbish should be cleared into the bins provided before departing the site.
