Description
Calling all Manchester Babooshkas...
The UK's finest Kate Bush club night WUTHERING NIGHTS returns to Manchester this November.
Get ready to experience a Kate disco like no other in the magical surroundings of the Deaf Institute.
Join hundreds of other Kate fans as we celebrate the musical and artistic genius of Queen Bush through an overuse of smoke machines, Kate masks, Kate decor, Kate underwear, Kate visuals and plenty of Kate capes for use whilst swirling around the dance floor.
Dressing up in your best Bush get-up is encouraged, slip on your red shoes, stick some ivy in your hair, raid the charity shop for that billowy dress and come and live out your inner Kate fantasy for us.
Kate obsessives Christopher Dresden Styles (Pop Curious?) and Beardre Barlow (Bollox) are your DJ's for the night and will be playing LOTS of Kate, including singles, album tracks and rarities, plus choice cuts from artists Kate's career has influenced including: Róisín Murphy, Tori Amos, Bjork, Goldfrapp, Siouxsie, Florence, The Knife, Stevie Nicks, St. Vincent and more.
