Over four weeks, Kayla will guide you through various mindfulness practices, carefully tailored to address the unique needs of individuals with mental health concerns, substance abuse, and trauma histories. Each session will focus on cultivating self-awareness, managing stress, and fostering resilience in a safe and supportive environment.
