Bring clothes to mend with your sewing bits and bobs if you have, there will be people on hand to offer guidance and advice and we will provide extra resources, needles, yarn, thread and fabric scraps to help you mend your loved clothes

A welcome drink and snacks provided, feel free to bring drinks and/or nibbles to share...

*Hand and mashine mending, no previous skills neccessary - we can all help and mend together.

Katy also persuits the darning interest in her profesional work. She has publish Hikaru Noguchi 'darning/repairs' book in English and will introduce Hikaru Noguchi’s techniques at the sessions.

Last month Katy also pubnlished 'On Mending', a collection of ten stories of damaged garments – plus a rug and two backpacks – Celia mended in the last fifteen years.
