Here's the important legal stuff, in one place
Welcome! Come on in to learn what’s up and what’s down, legally speaking, when using Ticket Tailor.
Acceptable use policy
Last updated 24th August 2023
Introduction
The Ticket Tailor Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is a living document which exists to make it clear what events, behaviour and usage are not permitted on our Service. We review this document regularly, and will update it as necessary. This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Ticket Tailor Terms of Use.
We believe in events as a positive force for good; to entertain, to educate and to bring communities together. We built our platform with the goal of making it as simple as possible for event organisers to sell tickets online. We are a self-service platform, and when you sign up to use our Services for your ticketing, you agree to our Website terms of use and to abide by this AUP.
Given our self-service set up, it is not possible for us to know each of our users individually and the nature of their events. We do our best to take a proactive approach with moderation, but there is always a risk that events listed on our platform may be against our Terms of Use, this AUP, or our company values. This document should be used by event organisers to check that their event is permitted on our platform.
