You should find a contact link at the bottom of the ticket booking form, as well as in the footer of the ticket email you received. You may also find contact details for them in the same place you found the original link to buy tickets for their event (e.g. their website, Facebook page, or Twitter account).

How can I buy tickets for an event being sold on Ticket Tailor?

Events using Ticket Tailor are marketed directly by the organiser. You might find a ticket link on their website, social media page, or where you heard about the event.

Can I resend my tickets if I’ve lost them?

You should find a button to ‘Contact the event organiser’ at the bottom of the ticket booking form. You can select to resend your tickets or reach out to the organiser.
You can also contact your event organiser who should be able to reissue your ticket voucher, online event link or order confirmation.

Can I change my tickets or edit my order for an event being sold on Ticket Tailor?

About buying tickets on Ticket Tailor

Ticket Tailor is a “self-service” platform where ticket sellers manage their own event listings, tickets and customer orders entirely. When you purchase a ticket you are buying your ticket directly from the ticket seller and your commercial agreement is entirely with them. Ticket Tailor does not manage or control any of the listings or events on our website and beyond providing the software services to sell and issue tickets online we do not have any affiliation with the ticket seller, venue or event.
