We put great importance in providing accurate and fair information in all our marketing and advertising. Below we detail the claims we make in our Channel 4 advert and provide supporting information.

“The lowest fees in the market”
To support this claim we compared our fees to four of the most common ticketing platforms in the UK and which offer a comparable service to Ticket Tailor.
We looked at three common ticket price points, and calculated the fees based on the company's pricing pages. If they had multiple fees, we chose the one that most closely reflected our offering.
For all three price points and for every competitor Ticket Tailor has the lowest fees – therefore supporting the claim we make in the advert.
*The Ticket Tailor fee of £0.41 is the average between our highest fee of £0.60 and our lowest of £0.22.

“For every ticket [sold] Ticket Tailor donates to climate charities”
As part of our Penny for the Planet commitment, Ticket Tailor donates £0.01 equally among our four charity partners every time a ticket is sold on our platform.
The four charities are The Ocean Conservation Trust, The Rainforest Foundation UK, Heal Rewilding and The Cumbria Wildlife Trust.
We are official partners of these charities and they regularly feature in our company updates and website. Since we started this initiative in 2021 Ticket Tailor has donated over £650,000.

"We’re Carbon Neutral"
Ticket Tailor undergoes an annual carbon footprinting process, to measure our carbon output, track and understand reduction opportunities and know how much we need to offset. We are provided with reports showing our total emissions annually, broken down by area of the business. We then purchase high quality offset solutions such as biochar.
