Bree Greenberg LMFT & I will be recording PART 3 of our conversation and we are opening it up to a “studio audience” for an online workshop event. Registration tickets are available here.

This workshop is a mixture of a live podcast and participatory exercises and processes. Participants will have opportunities to evolve their embodied sense of belonging via various activities: with Q&A, guided prompts and “hot seat” rounds where you get to go through reflective processes with each of us.

The workshop will run about 3 to 4 hours. This event will be recorded and shared as an episode of the Underworld Party Podcast on youtube and spotify. Live registrants have the opportunity to use the potent theatrical playspace to shatter stuck paradigms and find where the trapped vitality is via guided prompts, q&a and the opportunity to be part of live demos with the hosts.
