An initial outline of crime scene investigation’s modern history, before moving to the bridging points this profession shares with crime intelligence analysis. There will be an exploration of forensic evidence types, the value and impact these evidence types have on an investigation and how we move the needle from intelligence to evidence.

There are also a series of ‘test’ questions that will challenge thinking and will form part of the presentation and debate on forensic intelligence. This narrative will capture a mixture of routine, volume crime as well as serious and major crime.
