Mysore Classes with Hamish Hendry
These classes will be free of charge and open to anyone - even people who were not previously registered for the workshop.
Sorry we can’t accommodate complete beginners who are unfamiliar with the astanga yoga sequence.
If you are planning to come along please let us know by registering here so we can get an idea of numbers.
TIMINGS:
Friday 4th August - arrival time 6am-6.30am - no entry after 6.45am. Please note you will need to be finished with your practice and ready to leave by 8.30am.
Saturday 5th August - arrival time 6am-6.30am - no entry after 6.45am. Please note you will need to be finished with your practice and ready to leave by 8.30am.
Sunday 6th August - arrival time 7am-7.30am followed by Conference led by Hamish at 10am
Monday 7th August - arrival time 6am-6.30am, no entry after 6.45am. Please note you will need to be finished with your practice and ready to leave by 8.30am.
Tuesday 8th August - arrival time 6am-6.30am, no entry after 6.45am. Please note you will need to be finished with your practice and ready to leave by 8.30am.
