Our training transcends traditional 'talk-over slides' approaches. We believe in practical application, providing participants with opportunities to test and implement learned approaches.

This unique course spans four weeks, comprising four online sessions. Between sessions, participants have the opportunity to experiment with various online working approaches. Additionally, a supportive Distributed Teams Community of Practice is established to address challenges.

Participants immediately apply their learning through personal and team test-and-learn or prototype opportunities.
