The F&I Association is delighted to offer training sessions with John Ledingham in the main arena at The Scottish National Equestrian Centre on the 9 October 2024. John is a Level 3 Horsesport Ireland coach.
*No ponies for the group lessons* - these are for horses only.
John Ledingham is a world renowned Show Jumping Trainer and Olympic level rider. Winner of the Hickstead Derby a remarkable three times. Represented Ireland on over 60 Nations Cup Teams.
Looking back over John’s career, he has competed in 65 Nation Cups for Ireland and has been on many of the winning teams competing in Aachen, Dublin (five times), Hickstead, La Baule, Calgary Athens, Lintz, Chaudfontaine, to name but a few. He has had Grand Prix wins on Four Continents. John has also been selected for four Olympic Games.
John is the official coach for the British Showjumping World Class Pathway Training with further coaching achievements as Chef d'Equipe/Coach to:

- Winners of European Team Championships
- Children on Horses
- Bronze 2010
- Gold 2011
- Junior Team Gold 2012
- Individual Silver 2013
- Scott Brash Olympic Medallist
- Gemma Kirk Individual Gold, Young Riders
9am: Group lesson 1m.
10.30am: Group lesson 1.10m.
12:40pm: Private lesson any height.
1.30pm: Group lesson 1.20m.
3.15pm: Private lesson any height.
4.05pm: Private lesson any height.
Group lesson are £70 for each rider - there are four riders per group and the lesson is 90 minutes.
Private lesson is £100 and this lasts one hour.
There may be an option for another private session slot, please ask. If none of the sections meet your requirements please contact Jen Morris at walkietalkiejen@gmail.com - group heights can be altered according to demand.
Please be honest with your choice of height so everyone gets a productive session.
CPD: there will be a limited number of spaces available to observe the lessons which will be CPD for BHS Accredited Professional Coaches. Numbers are limited so this does not interfere with the clinic. It is hoped that you will be in the arena for one of the sessions provided that it is safe to do so.
At check out you will be asked to give your consent for your photographs and video footage to be used by the F&I Association in printed, online or electronic publications, which may be shared publicly. Examples of these materials include, but are not limited to: posters, leaflets, brochures, adverts, emails, e-newsletters, blogs, web pages, social media posts, presentations, speeches, research or policy reports and press releases or other materials.
By booking you agree to abide by the above conditions and confirm that you are fit and well to undertake these lessons and have had no recent fall/injury that will inhibit your riding ability.
Cancellation Policy:
There will be no refunds within 7 days of the event unless your space is filled.
