Tiny Whoop pilots from across the world are back again for another racing showdown in Birmingham UK on 27th and 28th Jan 2024 for an AWESOME Drone Race and Onesie Party!!!

- TINY WHOOP RACING -

Birmingham International Race Day Champion last year was Phobos from Poland but everyone wants to know…. who will take the top spot this year? The 2022 winner and UK favourite Dan Carpy wants the top spot again, but the 2020 winner Spezilover from Germany is not going to make it easy as he always pushes hard for first place.

Everyone wants to know who is this year’s fastest Tiny Whoop pilot? Are we going to see the first double winner of BIRD in its history or will a new pilot take the top spot???

We have more LED gates, obstacles, lights, flags and tunnels than ever before! Our new (and plumb-safe) venue is huge, giving plenty of space for fast and technical sections to really test the racers ability. There will be trade stands, shops, food and great music from our resident DJ bringing the party vibe, it's going to be a great weekend!

? WHATS A TINY WHOOP ?

Tiny Whoops are the class size of drone, coined by Jesse P. These tiny craft are fully functional racing drones with protected propellers making them very safe but still blisteringly fast. A whole racing and customising scene has grown up around them with some unbelievably quick and skilled pilots!

- DISCO LIGHTS -

We are all about the DISCO LIGHTS so all Whoops are required to fly with LED’s onboard their craft to participate. Details in event handbook

- ONESIE PARTY -

Fancy Dress in a ONESIE and be part of the Tiny Whoop Party even if you aren’t racing!

There will be prizes and competitions to enter whether you’re flying or watching so get your costumes and fancy dress ready to Party with the Pilots

- PILOTS LOUNGE -

Also visit the Pilots Lounge where everyone can meet TWUK’s top pilots and see what they are flying. Get the inside scoop on the kit in the pits and pick your next Whoop!

- TRADE STANDS -

For the first year we will have a selection of trade stands everyone can visit. Check out the newest tech, try your hand on a simulator, buy spares and learn how you can get involved with our partner companies and organisations:
