Do you know what your strengths are? Or do you tend to focus on your weaknesses? 

In this workshop Derek will help you to understand what strengths are and give you a language for strengths. You will find out how to spot strengths in both yourself, and others, and how to find a 'balance' to using (but not overusing) your strengths. Importantly, time will be given to understanding the link between strengths and flow state and how using your strengths can help you to experience flow across a range of tasks and activities so that you gain enjoyment, feel motivated, learn faster, and grow personally and professionally.  

Both Strengths and Flow come under the umbrella of positive psychology which is all about helping you to live a more flourishing life with excellent wellbeing. 

In this workshop you will:

• Gain an understanding of strengths 
• Begin to identify your strengths
• Be given the tools to further explore your strengths
• Understand the link between strengths and flow
• Appreciate the value of using both your realised and unrealised strengths 

This workshop will be limited to 15 persons max. It will be a mix of engaging presentation and practical activities as you begin to explore and spot strengths in yourself and others.
