Golden San Francisco
Golden San Francisco is a transformative one-day citywide event, designed to empower women to live into their God-given purpose, potential and influence. This is not a conference, or even a retreat. This unique day is crafted to propel you forward into living the life God made you for.
Join us for a day filled with insightful teaching, an engaging panel discussion, immersive workshops, and powerful worship.
Full day registration tickets with lunch included has now closed. Full day walk-ins are more than welcome! $215 (ticket does not include lunch) at the door on 2/17. Doors open at 8:15 AM.
We also have night rally tickets available for $25. This ticket allows entry to our evening session from 7-9. Doors open at 6:15 PM.
Who is this event for:
Golden SF is for women who are ready to step more fully into their purpose, potential and influence. This event is designed for those who have a growing curiosity or conviction that there’s more to their journey with God—a desire to explore and unleash it fully.
We are grateful to Reality SF for being the host location for this event, but we want to underscore that this is a citywide event, designed to unite women representing diverse backgrounds and churches, to inspire, encourage, and activate one another.
Women aged 13+ are encouraged to attend this event.

Speakers
We are excited to feature female speakers from the SF/Bay Area community at this event.
Ruthie Kim is an executive leadership coach, a transformational speaker, and a tireless champion dedicated to empowering women and girls.
Ruthie is the Founder of Because Justice Matters, an ordained minister, a member of the teaching team at Reality SF church, and frequently serves as a guest speaker at numerous churches, retreats, and events in the Bay Area and beyond.
Fueled by a passion for unlocking potential and driving meaningful change, Ruthie works with individuals and teams across various industry sectors as an executive leadership coach. Helping to level up their leadership, clarify vision, and move past personal and organizational obstacles, Ruthie is a catalyst for transformation and growth.
Ruthie will be the keynote speaker for both our morning and evening sessions, bringing a Biblical reflection on why now is the time for women to rise up and unleash their God-given anointing in the world!

Praise Santos McKenna is the Founder of the branding studio ComePlum where she photographs female entrepreneurs and coaches them to scale their businesses for social impact. Her photos have been featured in Vogue and Forbes and she has taught workshops for the Golden State Warriors Dance Team and Shopify. When not working, you can find her with her husband Barry and their dog Bubbles sniffing out the best pastries in San Francisco.
During our afternoon workshop on Influence, Praise will lead you through an exercise that will activate your calling into the many spheres of influence you have been given.

Rachael Wade is the Founder & Chief Encourager at Olive Us, a ministry where women share their “in-process” stories recounting to remember God’s goodness & faithfulness. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Cincinnati and is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Contextual Leadership at Pillar Seminary. Writing poetry, prose, and devotionals are some of her favorite ways to share God’s glory & love for ‘Olive Us’. Living, loving, and leading in San Francisco for the last decade, Rachael enjoys teaching at Epic Church SF, hanging out in her comfy pajamas with her husband and kids, and creating charcuterie boards with whatever she can find in the kitchen!
During our afternoon workshop on Purpose, Rachael will guide us in exploring our God-given purpose and how we are invited to respond when we hear God speaking.

Justine Martinez is a visual artist, Spiritual Director, and the Azul Program Director at Because Justice Matters. Justine is inspired by the goodness and wisdom of God found at the intersection of psychology, spiritual formation, creativity, and healthy rhythms. Along with her husband and her three children, she is learning to pay attention to the ways that God has designed us to function in wholeness and truth, both individually and collectively.
The Creative Potential breakout will be centered around an embodied group activity and reflection on what it looks like to engage fully in our unfolding story with God. Throughout the session and activity, we will take time to notice hindrances to the unlocking of our creative potential, and instead embrace our capacity to creatively participate with God in the story of our lives.
