Bendy Brews at Kinnegar

I’ve teamed up with the legends at Kinnegar Brewing to bring you an event that can’t be missed!! Bendy Brews: yoga in the brewery followed by a beer in the Taproom 🧘🍻 What’s not to love?!

This is for you if you’d like to try something new or would like to stretch your body to the sweet smell of beer brewing 🤣

• When: Saturday 7th Sept at 12pm
• Where: Kinnegar Brewing, Letterkenny
• How much: €15 (includes a beer after)

What to expect:

• Beginner friendly strengthening and stretching yoga class
• A social beer at the taproom afterwards included in price
• Being bendy is not necessary
• Suitable for all layers of experience
