Sessions will run between Thursday 18th January to Thursday 21st March 10am-12pm. All participants will have access to the coworking space on each of the Thursdays.

Speaker Series: Every week throughout the program, we have lined up renowned breakfast and lunchtime speakers who will conduct educational workshops. These sessions are packed with practical insights and actionable strategies, ensuring an immediate positive impact on participants' businesses.

Comprehensive Themes: This program covers a range of essential topics such as effective time management, financial literacy, marketing strategies, work-life balance, and more. Participants will gain versatile skills they can apply immediately.

Actionable Insights: Each week, our distinguished speakers will provide actionable insights and steps that participants can implement on the same day to make a tangible difference to their businesses.

Business Growth and Streamlining: We're dedicated to helping participants streamline their operations, enhance profitability, and unlock new growth opportunities within their businesses, all with an emphasis on achieving work-life balance.

Work-Life Balance Focus: Throughout the program, there will be a dedicated focus on work-life balance—how to strike the right balance and make more money while working less.

Gusto House Passes: As part of this initiative, participants will receive passes to Gusto House, our state-of-the-art co-working space. This collaborative workspace is designed to fuel their professional endeavours and provide a conducive environment for both work and relaxation.

Program Details:

Start Date: Thursday 18th January 2024

Duration: 8 weeks (1 day a week with a 2 week break on 8th/15th Feb)

Location: Gusto House, Collingham, Nottinghamshire

Weekly Workshops: Every Thursday for 8 weeks.

Criteria:

1. Participants must be the owner of a business or a female sole trader.
2. Participants must reside in the Lincolnshire or Nottinghamshire areas to ensure local community engagement.
3. Attendance Commitment: Participants should be committed to attending most of the weekly speaker sessions, which are scheduled during breakfast or lunch hours.
4. Community Engagement: To foster a collaborative and supportive community, participants are encouraged to stay and work in the co-working space for the remainder of the day whenever possible. This enables networking, knowledge-sharing, and mutual growth among program members.

These criteria are established to create a vibrant and engaged community of female entrepreneurs and business owners, all dedicated to achieving success while maintaining a harmonious work-life balance.
