Join us for the launch Opportunity Haringey, Haringey Council’s new Inclusive Economy Framework.

Opportunity Haringey sets out how the council will work with partners to create an inclusive, more resilient local economy where local businesses can grow and thrive and residents benefit from rewarding, well-paid work.

The event will be split into two sections:

6pm - 7pm:  Visit the ‘Opportunity Haringey Marketplace’ – where attendees can find out more about the council’s business support service and programmes as well as connect with a number of external business support providers - including those from the Federation of Small Businesses, Place Support Partnership, Hustle & Heels, Grow London Local, the Living Wage Foundation, Selby Trust and Newable, providing attendees with an opportunity to directly engage with the people that are delivering support that can benefit their business.

From 7pm, we will formally launch Opportunity Haringey - which will focus on the five key themes for action: Job Creation, Investment, Good Work and Skills, High Streets and Industrial Estates and Works Places and Spaces.

We also want to hear from attendees on our proposals to deliver a Haringey Deal for Business and a Haringey Business Forum. So lots to get involved with!
