Fundraising well-being day

Hi everyone, we are running a wellbeing day on 28th Jan to raise money for Lisa’s ongoing cancer treatment.

Its a day that focuses on wellness, where you can immerse yourself into time for yourself after a busy Xmas period. This day will be about taking the time out to focus purely on you where there is the option to move, breathe, journey into sound healing and and restore in a beautiful, comfortable space.

The day includes yoga flow, meditation, a sound bath, breathwork and yin yoga.

It will also involve options for mini treatments (reiki and reflexology) and we have some talks around emotional freedom technique and essential oils for health too.

£50 donation suggested.

We will provide drinks but people will need to bring their own lunch.

Location is 2 Limpley Stoke Road, Winsley, Bradford on Avon, BA15 2NP with plenty of parking.
