Join us for an online event showcasing an innovative approach to AI in client services.

Often, a chatbot asks a series of pre-defined questions, then tries to provide the most relevant answers. The thing is, most chatbots aren’t great at giving advice, especially in nuanced and sensitive contexts. But is advice the only thing clients need?

In this session, Lucy (HelpFirst), Fraser (Head of Digital, CAS) and Jane (CEO, Perth CAB) will share with you how they worked together to research, co-design and implement an AI-powered triage assistant that focuses on asking the right questions rather than providing direct answers.

Agenda

  1. 20 minute showcase of the project. We'll demo it, walk through the research and rationales which led us to this final output and share some of the challenges and learnings that have come along the way.

  2. We'll open the floor for a Q&A session.

  3. 30-minute workshop style activity where attendees can explore how similar AI-driven inquiry techniques might enhance their own client journeys and service delivery.

This event is ideal for professionals in advisory services, AI enthusiasts, and anyone interested in the innovative application of technology to meet user needs.
