Learn why we fight, freeze, flee, and fawn when traumatic situations happen. We aim to help you be more AWARE and learn new tools that equip your brain to flee or fight when needed. This class is good for women ages 13 years old and older. Walk away with new basic tools to empower you to process and respond appropriately in an attack. 

Our classes are on the last Saturday of every month.  Bring your friends and learn together.
