If you are a veterinary nurse or a feline behaviourist and would like to join us, please register using the Non-member ticket. Information on Covid-19
To comply with Greek government guidelines, to enter the country you must have a completed ‘Passenger Locator Form’ and either a negative PCR test, taken 72 hours prior to arrival OR a negative lateral flow test taken less than 24 hours before. You can find the link to the passenger locator form here. We advise that you bring lateral flow test kits with you to ensure testing pre-flight when leaving the congress and throughout the weekend if needed.

For entry to the congress, we ask that you are at least double vaccinated and can show evidence of vaccination more than 14 days before the event. Unfortunately, those unvaccinated will not be permitted unless exempt due to medical reasons.

Masks are not mandatory, but we encourage you to wear them when visiting the exhibition hall or walking through the venue, they can then be removed once seated in the lecture theatre. As we get closer to the event, we will be checking on updates with the hotel and will advise you of any changes. ISFM branded masks will be provided upon arrival at registration along with hand sanitiser. There are several hand sanitising stations throughout the venue, and it is advised that you sanitise on entering and exiting the lecture theatre.

We recommend social distancing where possible, stronger rules may be enforced if cases rise and this will be communicated with you before arrival in Rhodes.

Payment methods:
Payment will need to be made at the time of booking with a debit/credit card. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer payment by invoice for this congress. If your workplace is offering to pay for you to attend, please ask them to register on your behalf using their details as the purchaser and your details as the attendee. 

Where do I add a discount code?
If you have a discount code please add it on the check-out form. You will see a link asking "Do you have a discount code?" click on that and enter the discount code.

What are my transport options for getting to and from the event?
The nearest airport is Diagoras International Airport (RHO), which is 6.5 miles away from the hotel.

The hotel does not provide a shuttle service, but the cost of a taxi is approx. €25.00.

There is a local bus service costing €2.50.

Alternatively, if you're planning a holiday and are thinking of hiring a car, the hotel has free parking available.

Please research your journey thoroughly and plan accordingly.

Where can I stay?
The Sheraton Rhodes Resort is offering special delegate rates starting at €165 bed and breakfast. If you would like to take advantage of this, there will be information on how to make a reservation in your confirmation e-mail.

If your question is in regard to an invoice or receipt, these are attached to your booking confirmation e-mail which will be sent directly from Ticket Tailor. If you haven't received this, please check your junk or spam folders. Alternatively, you can download it direct from Ticket Tailor by logging back into the software with your personal details.

What's the refund policy?
Cancellations MUST be made in writing and will be subject to a £60 administration charge. Cancellations will only be accepted 30 days prior to the start of the congress. Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded.

Can I update my registration information?
If you do need to make any changes to your registration you will need to contact the Customer Service Team 

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
If you can no longer attend the conference, but you would like someone else to come in your place, please email the Customer Service Team

Please be aware, it is not possible for you to transfer your ticket three weeks prior to the Congress starting.

Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
You must be a registered delegate to attend the conference. If we can't locate you on our system, you will not be allowed to attend the lectures.
