Ένα υπαίθριο χορευτικό έργο το οποίο δημιουργείται καθώς η ομάδα Instant Dissidence ταξιδεύει από το Cloughjordan Ecovillage της Ιρλανδίας -μέσω ξηράς και θάλασσας- με προορισμούς την Κύπρο, Ιταλία, Δανία, Σουηδία και Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο.Οι φορείς που φιλοξενούν το έργο σε κάθε προορισμό εντοπίζουν κατοίκους της εκάστοτε περιοχής, οι οποίοι έχουν κάποια σύνδεση με τις περιοχές-χώρες από τις οποίες έχει περάσει η ομάδα μέχρι να φτάσει στην περιοχή τους. Σε τοπικό επίπεδο οκτώ Λεμεσιανοί έγιναν συνδημιουργοί του έργου καθώς η ομάδα Instant Dissidence δημιούργησε αυτό το έργο με βάση τις αναμνήσεις τους από τις πόλεις, κατα την διάρκεια του ταξιδιού της μέσα από αυτές. Το έργο SlowMo είναι μία χορογραφία σαν ταξιδιωτικό δώρο, μία σειρά ενσωματωμένων ταξιδιωτικών καρτ ποστάλ.

*Οι Instant Dissidence επιχειρούν να καταστήσουν την δημιουργία του έργου προσβάσιμη σε άτομα με αναπηρία.

An outdoor dance work which is created by Ireland-based company Instant Dissidence travels from Cloughjordan Ecovillage (Ireland) by land and sea to destinations in Cyprus, Italy, Denmark, Sweden and the UK. SlowMo is also a participatory work: the presenting partners in destination countries will identify people who, whilst residents of that country, have connections to the cities/countries that Instant Dissidence are travelling through to get to them. Maybe these people were born there, or they fell in love there, or they studied there. They will be co-creators of the work, and Instant Dissidence are making the artistic work about their memories of those cities, as we travel through them. SlowMo is choreography as a traveling gift; as a series of embodied traveling postcards.

Instant Dissidence endeavours to embed disability access in the creation of the work.
