This is what I have been hearing from people I converse with about unfulfillment at work.

People gave up on the idea of meaningful work, they are "okay" with work that does not hurt.

Many stopped looking for meaningful work and great workplaces - assuming that a corporate job can never give the meaning that they are looking for.

Many - myself included in the past - have already left the corporate workforce to create meaningful work on their own.

But meaningful work in an organization is not a utopia.

In fact, an organization can be a great place for maximizing your personal potential and creating a bigger meaningful impact than you could imagine on your own.

In this session, we will be exploring how organizations can be the source of meaningful work and how we can contribute to that.

We will have time for conversation in groups so please make sure you join from a place you can concentrate and turn your camera and microphone on.
